Please help, boot camp disappeared!

I have just installed El Capitan GM, everything is fine! But when I restarted my MacBook Pro to log in to Windows, pressing the alt(option) key I couldn't find the Windows (boot camp) partition! While I can still surf the file inside it from OS X !
Any clue?!

Sounds like the MBR got messed up, it is fixable, bare with me (or hopefully someone else may chime in as well)

Try booting the Windows 7 install DVD or bootable windows thumb drive, and running startup repair. That usually fixes it

But what if I were on win 10, upgraded from 7 ?!!
