PLEASE HELP!!! Cannot do internet recovery!

I am trying to help a friend restore a 2011 macbook pro so that she can sell it.


I formatted the hard disk but when I go to do the recovery it says that the software is unavalible to try again later.

How do I go about reinstalling lion if I cannot do the internet recovery?

Need help ASAP.

Are you doing a true Internet recovery by booting with command-option-r (not just command-r)?
