Tried numerous times to create a dvd with my creation in imovie and IDVD saying ( Multiplexer error) i dont have enough free disk space for encoding the remaining assets. Ive also tried updating with updaters from apple.com and when i go to install the updates it tells me i dont have enough free space to install it. What the heck am i doing wrong. I spent hours creating my slideshow and cant burn it.
It did seem to burn one copy a couple days ago and the movie played very pixelated and jumpy. Now cant burn.
Please help!!!

It says i have 5.26 gb available

that's probably why... the HD is used for a buffer, and dvds are 4.9GBs, which leaves the rest of the computer with 0.3 GBs, thats not enough. usually ppl keep 10% of the HD as free space, empty. if i had a 40GB HD, 10% is 4GB. in short ,your computer doesn't have enough free space.
