Please help, cant transfer from iphone 4?

I have take a few videos with my iP4, I can't however find a way to get them off.

I tried the copy and paste via my computer but when it copies it only shows 0 bytes. So not sure whats wrong.

-Windows XP
-video is 300 mb

I believe you can use iTunes? I'm not sure on that one. But maybe try emailing them to yourself?

I dont see where/how to export movies onto PC in itunes...?

It exceeds the size limit. Its 300mb
