Please help decide best optimized bandwidth

I'm no expert on this subject but I have been asked by my girlfriend to help her get the best download/upload mix to best optimize our setup.

She has some new software used to optimize our internet connect but it is asking for what bandwidth setting we want. I ran a test and here is where we are now:

19.85 mb/sec download
2.95 mb/sec upload

Is this good, should we shift this balance? Thanks in advance!

thanks for the reply. i knew the download speed was good but I wasn't sure there was supposed to be that big a gap in the two. the software was asking for us to set the speed or throttle it or something.
