i'd like to note that since i bought this macbook i didn't have any problems until last month with one USB port and some heating issue to not normal level.

i took it to the Apple Shop "iStyle" and they issued the problem with a report indicating the problem in one usb port that was on Friday 8th Feb 2013... after 2 days i received a call from the ABM Care Apple Certified Service Center in Dubai with explanation that they found there is a problem in the LOGIC Board "which until now i don't know even what this is" and they said that they will change it....after 3 other days i called to check and they said it is fixed but we need to keep it more for further testing....until yesterday i received a call from the same technician saying that there was a "Garbage Video" while testing and again changed the so called "LOGIC BOARD" and need the macbook for extra day to finalize the case and make sure that everything is normal.

Until today when i received a call from the same technician saying that the repair has been declined by Apple indicating that the macbook serial not matching the Logic board or something like this.

1st i have no history of repairing this macbook before and if there was any problem i would send it to the Service center as i have done on the 8th of this month

2nd i don't have any other knowledge of any serial no in my macbook ...as a consumer i only care about my main serial number which is written in the back side of the mac...and when i bought it i haven't received a list of any serial numbers rather than this one on the back

3rd the macbook stayed 2 WEEKS at the service center and they didn't mention that there was any problem from apple side until today...and also they mentioned that repairing this would cost me over 4000 AED which i can't afford that and the macbook STILL UNDER WARRANTY

What should i do???

all i know is the main serial no on the back which was shown before i gave my macbook to this service center

the service center send me a case no to follow up with apple but apple is waiting for the engineering division to respond until now
