please help error (-50) in itunes

when i try to convert selection for ipod it comes up unknown error (-50) and wont convert and i am so pissed of i just paid 250 dallors for this thing and i cant play videos on it so please help befor i go get a zune (not realy i wont lose faith in ipods) but please help
