Please help, how do u actually mirror the iphone to a tv with the new AV HDMI adapter

There used to be TV Out for jailbroken devices, but now the av adapter is out is there any fix that will allow us to mirror the iphone 4's display onto the tv in HD ?? surely a lot of people must be wondering this but i couldnt find a thread on it
