Please Help: How to Delete All Info off of Blackberry?

Hi, I am trying to delete all my data in my blackberry using pocket mac but all it seems to be able to do is copy the data from my blackberry and move it to my imail and entrourage. i cant seem to find a way to delete all of my emails on the device and the contacts on the devise as well.

Please help!
