Please help! How to disable app store updates

I keep getting all these requests to update my apps through the appstore. is there a cydia app to disable these notifications.
 
No, but if you actually paid for your apps, you wouldn't have this problem.
 
I have his problem for One app that I dont want to update
Zenonia 2, I like exploiting it for gold still :p

But yeah, we all know you use cracked apps and discussion of that isnt allowed here.
