Please help! How to install new GM build without wipe?

Yes it can. Redownload the installer and run it. You'll get the new version and it won't delete your data when you do.
My advice:
If the "first" GM is working for you (and by "working", I mean working well enough, even if there's a minor glitch or two), don't waste time trying to get the second GM installed.
Instead, wait for the release of 10.9.1 update.
Install it, and it should bring you completely up-to-date...

This is bad advice.... 10.9.1 will be an update from the released version of Mavericks. It may not include the changes between the 2 GM versions.
This leads to an important question. Do you keep backups? If not, what will you do if/when your hard drive fails?
I'm sure the OP is a developer who is violating his NDA, is running preview software on production machines, and doesn't understand how the OS he writes for works.
