Please help! How to transfer itunes and iphone back up from old pc to new mac??

iv had my new mac for a few months now but i still use my old crappy pc to sync my iphone with, i have searched and searched online on how to transfer that itunes and iphone back up to my mac but havnt found any real working solutions on how to do it, can anyone PLEASE help me? if u can direct me to a thread with a step by step https://forums.macrumors.com/forums/109/answer, a website or video on how to do this i would greatly appriciate it!!
