Please help, I am seriously confused regarding carrier plans

I am currently on a work discounted plan with AT&T, which is the 2 year, 450 minutes and 3 GB data plan. I only upgrade my phone every two years and would love more data for streaming Spotify. Would I be better off staying on AT&T and upping my data, or using Mobile Share? Should I pursue T-Mobile and it's data forgiveness for streaming music? Should I continue on a 2 year or use a program such as NEXT?
