Please help! I can't drag apps into different pages in iTune

Start from couple weeks ago I can't drag apps into different pages in iTune . I can do it on the phone and iPad, but when I try to do it in iTune, the app just doesn't move at all. My iTune is 10.4.1 on mac.

Please help! Couldn't figure it out:(
