I'm sort of a newbie. I jailbroke my 3GS about 2 years ago then went to a pay as you go phone for a while, but now have an iphone 4.... So my phone automatically started to update to ios 6.1.3 but I hit the "install later" right before it started automatically download. So now under settings and software updates theres the big red 1 with a circle that gives me the option to finish downloading ios 6.1.3... BUT my phone is still technically running 6.1.2.... my question is will I still be able to jailbreak my phone under ios 6.1.2 even though my phone is waiting to update to 6.1.3? any help would be awesome! thanks!:D

Yea you're fine. Once you jailbreak with evasion it automatically disables OTA. Then you can use ifile and go to var>mobilesoftwareupdate and delete the OTA IPSW update file(s) (I think that's where they're located). Then if you want, install SoftwareUpdateKiller and/or ResetAllKiller from Cydia for extra protection. But make sure you don't update to 6.1.3 before you try the jailbreak!
