Please help - iBook HD upgrade question

Well tonight i'm installing x-plane 8 and the north america scenery on my iBook, the scenery is 8.1 GB so I had to throw all my movies away (I have them on a slow external hard drive)... now I will be upgrading to a macpro in two years. But in the mean time would it be a good idea to upgrade the hard drive on the ibook or wait?

upgrade. nice computer, needs a bigger and faster hard drive. would recommend a big (100-160gb) 5400rpm drive. fast, quiet, not to hot, nice!

make sure to use (favorite brand) and not (not so favorite brand)... or just pick one with a good warranty and be happy. best of luck.
