Not sure if it's the 2011 or 2012 model, as the pricing and specs seems off. It has usb 2.0 only, but comes with HD4000 instead of HD3000. Was there some sort of a silent update by Apple where they paired up the old Sandy Bridge processor with the newer HD4000 graphics? The specs also list DDR3L memory.

Question as well. Does the 2011 and 2012 use a TN panel or an IPS panel?
I have a 13" Samsung Series 9 right now. Absolutely loving the form factor and the PLS display, but the trackpad is really subpar compared to the Air. That and I enjoy using both OSX and Win7, and getting the above Air with 256GB SSD can allow me to comfortably run both and do casual gaming under bootcamp. Or I can keep the Series 9 and spend $250 on a 256GB mSATA crucial M4 repacement. But then if I go with the Air, I can utilise my Seagate Goflex TB adapter and 256GB SSD as well. Aargh. If the Air doesn't come with IPS then it makes my decision even harder.
Pricing. I got the Series 9 for $1189 for the 128GB 13" model. For another ~$100 I get another 128GB with the Air, the ability to run dual OS, and utilise my TB adapter and external SSD. The Air's silver color and larger bezel is a put off for me though.
Keyboard. I prefer the Air's keyboard to the Series 9's slightly more shallow keyboard.
Screen. I prefer Samsung's matte display and much more eye pleasing thin bezel.
I am right on the fence with this one, heh.
