Please Help Iphone 3g won't turn on....

So i fixed my digitizer and took it off my phone, but because my screen was so cracked i had a hard time getting the suction cup to stick and really had to do pulling and prying to get the glass out... Well after i got it out i set the other half of the phone to the side and didn't touch it.... Well when i finished the digitizer, i put it back onto the phone and it won't boot up it won't vibrate, and itunes doesn't recognize it when i plug it into the computer... Any help would be great, i don't know if it's a part that's broken, loose, i just don't know what it is... Again any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
