Please help!! iPhone 4 not working.

Hello all,

While using my iPhone it suddenly became unusable. The screen went black and would not turn on (or wake up) and could not be given a hard reset. The battery was charged (probably at around 85%) because I keep it docked when not in use. When I plug my iPhone into an AC power source it does not respond and when I connect it to my iMac I get a message saying: iTunes could not back up the iPhone "XXXXX's iPhone" because a session could not be started with the iPhone. Please help me out here guys, I don't have apple care.

Have you tried a DFU restore?

contact dealer

you mentioned you donot have apple care, but still you can contact the dealer you buy this iphone 4, they will do care for you. May be repair or replace a part for reasonable price
