Okay so I'm new to iphones and jailbreaking, yesterday I downloaded Green Poison, installed it, and it didnt work because the icon is no where to be found, found out that it's because I upgraded to 4.3 from 4.2.1. So today I tried restoring my phone on Itunes, hearing it'll go back to 4.2.1 and it said error and that it couldnt be restored, now my phone is stuck on the "connect to itunes" picture and it says I have to restore it in order to use it on itunes, it wont even turn on regularly, and i tried holding the sleep and home and etc. What happened? can someone help? ASAP

Greenpoison doesnt work with 4.3 firmware.
Only 4.2.1
What you need to do is put your iphone in restore mode and restore it thru itunes. Follow this:
http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034
If you dont have shsh blobs saved on cydias server for 4.2.1 you will never be able to downgrade your firmware.
You can run Tinyumbrella while your iphone is plugged in and click "save Shsh"
Then it will list what version blobs you have and you can restore to.

the reason you can't restore to 4.2.1 because Apple stops signing 4.2.1 and therefore, you received error from itunes. You can only restore to 4.3 firmware. So, put it into DFU and restore 4.3 in Itunes.

I did exactly what you said and what the instructions said and it just shows the "connect phone to itunes picture" and popping up saying "error: The iphone "iphone" cannot be restored. An unknown error occured (1013)"

Make sure you redirects are not pointing to cydias server or your restore wont go thru and you'll be in recovery mode.
You can restore your stock redirects by running the latest version of Tinyumbrella from here:
http://thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot.com/
Then download and open TU, go to advanced, uncheck the box that says "Set hosts to Cydia on Exit"
Then go to the bottom and click apply changes.
Then close Tinyumbrella and open up itunes again.
And do the restore again, it will go thru this time.

IT WORKED! You are awesome, ahh thank you so much!!!! I thought I was literally stuck.

So now since I found out I cannot downgrade to 4.2.1 from 4.3 and cannot jailbreak it with green poison, do I just wait for when green poison does support 4.3? Just asking to be safe.

Applejuice helps alot of people here but OP and everyone should read a little more before doing stuff to their iPhone. It's obviously that OP didn't read before he JB his iphone.
