iPod PLEASE HELP!!! Ipod frozen

i plugged my ipod in to add more videos to it and it said that my ipod is corrupted and to disconnect and reconnect, and now its stuck on the screen that tell su not to disconnect and it shows that its locked even though its not...wht do i do???

Hold down the menu and center buttons untill it restarts. Nothing will be lost. These things happen. If it does happen again, take it to your local Apple store.
