iPod PLEASE HELP! iPod > iTunes

My hard drive crahsed, and now all my itunes library has gone. I have looked everywhere on the PC for it, but it has gone. All of the music is still on the iPod. Now, can someone give me a step by step on transferring all the music from the iPod to the pc?
