iPod touch please help...ipod touch

ok. i have an ipod touch with about 400 songs on it, 7 tv shows and a movie. i had to get a new hard drive for my computer and i had to reinstall itunes, but now itunes is completely empty and i dont know how or if i can get my stuff on my touch right now back into my library.... someone please help

i did this once and I used a program to put the songs from the ipod back into the itunes library. The program is called iPod Access. That was for my mac. For a PC, try CopyPod. You do have to pay for them, though.
