In the newsfeed, it will say something like "Kevin wrote a note". And I can Like it or Comment on it, but there is no way to actually view the note.
In addition, let's say I Like it (without actually being able to view it), and someone comments on it. I receive the notification, and only then am I able to actually view the note. But in this view, there is no link to the comments (I have to go BACK to the newsfeed or to the person's profile to click on the comments link).
