Please Help: iTunes does not recognize iphone

I installed winpwn_2.0.0.4_Setup.exe and everything went fine. except now when I restore itunes completes, itunes does not recognize the iphone. Can someone help please
 
It worked. I had to put it on another pc and they sync it there and bring it back. Can someone point how can I install netshare?
