Please Help! iTunes error (-3000)

Ok I Bought A 250$ Ipod To Play Videos And I Went Onto Itunes And Downloaded The Free Episode Of Pimp My Ride And When I Clicked It To Convert To Ipod Play It Said Error (-50) So I Completly Reinstalled Osx 3.0 And Up Graded It To 3.9 And I Upgraded Itunes To 7.2 And Redownloaded That Episode And Some Outher Free Ones To See If The Work And When I Tried To Convert Them This Time It Came Up Error (-3000) Please Some One Help

If you downloaded from iTunes, you should not need to "convert". Just drag and drop onto the iPod icon on the sidebar.
