iPod touch Please Help - Jailbreaking Ipod Touch

Hi! I have an 8GB 2nd Gen 3.1.3 Ipod Touch and (unfortunately) a PC with Vista. I run redsn0w 0.9.4 and locate my ISPW and then it says 'unable to recognize specified IPSW'. What do I have to do? I'm v. inexperienced so really, really basic step by step instructions would be tops. thank you! x
