iPhone Please help, jailbroken 3139 error ios 6.01

I have a jailbroken iphone and it got bricked. I tried restoring it via itunes but itunes said it cannot connect to the phone (ifunbox is capable of connecting to it though, so I backed up some of my most important apps using that). I put it to DFU mode and tried to restore but it gives me a 3194 error. I am still using itunes 10.7 so when itunes was trying to download ios 6.1 instead of 7 when it tried to recover my phone. Maybe all I need to do is to upgrade my itunes and download IOS 7? I didn't keep my SHSH blobs though and I really don't want to be stuck on IOS 7. What can I do?

I have several backups in itunes but most of them were made post jailbreak.

Please help. I'm stuck with a broken phone since last Friday and I've put in 20 over hours trying to fix it. It's driving me crazy.
 
A 3194 error means your host file is pointed incorrectly.
If you are trying to restore to stock Apple firmware, make sure host file points to Apple, not Cydia.

Without having saved SHSH (unless Cydia has them stored) you can only restore to current firmware (or 4.1 if you have a 3GS)
 
If you do not have an iPhone 4 with saved SHSH blobs, there is no way to restore to iOS 6.

You will have to update iTunes and install iOS 7, sorry.

As for the errors, make sure that the web page gs.apple.com leads to an Apple website, not a Cydia one.

How to I get them from Cydia? Is there anyway to get the blobs from my phone? Can I get them from iFunbox? I have Iphone 4S, firmware 4.1 and ios 6.01.

How to I make sure? What webpage? Sorry, but I'm really a noob noob, would you kindly explain? All I did was to put my phone in DFU mode, and then connect to ITunes. iTunes then said it detected that my phone is in recovery mode and do I want to restore and wipe everything from the phone which I clicked ok, then it started to download ios 6.1 but stopped immediately with a 3139 error. I didn't go to any webpage. Oh man, I'm so confused. Please help, thanks a lot.
 
There is absolutely no way to save your blobs or keep iOS 6

In your internet browser on your computer, please type in gs.apple.com and allow the page to load

Then, let me know if it says Apple or Cydia somewhere on the page :)

Yeah, that's the right page

Since that's resolved and there's no way to stay on iOS 6, you should go ahead and update iTunes and download iOS 7.0.4 and you can go ahead and jailbreak on that ;)

You can check using ifaith but looks like cydia won't have them and you'll have to restore to 7.0.4

Yeah, that worked. It's been a major cluster**** though. I can't find half of my tweaks, the ones I could find don't work, I can't add sinfuliphonerepo (I only download cracked apps for trying purposes though, which is very much needed esp for the new ios), I can't edit Activator via 'Assignments' page, Ifile crashes a lot... damn! I'm currently searching for Iphones that come with ios5 and 6 but I'm starting to think that's impossible. I would switch to Samsungs if they didn't put their speakers at the back!

But thanks for being so helpful man, such kindness is becoming scarce on the internet (and sorry for rambling, I just need to vent).
