Please Help: Keyboard keys switched?!

My Sister has just called me with a problem on her powerbook.

All her keys have somehow jumbled up so that 'a' is now 'q' etc... This happens in all apps.

If anyone knows of how to solve this, please let me know.

I apologise if I've posted n the wrong place.

AFAIK different languages use different keyboard layouts... why doesn't she try changing the language back to whatever it should be in International Preferences (or in the language menu (should show a flag) in the top right.)
