Please help. latest cydia update got my phone on Safe mode

I did some cydia updates and now my phone displays this message, I also try to unistall packages but it keeps displaying the same message. please help. I try to restore with 3.1.2 but since I did the firmware from cydia to trick it into thinking it's on 3.1.3 it's not allowing me to restore. your help is greatly appreciate it.

Do you have SSH on your phone or mobile Terminal

Thank you I do have SSH. I was able to some how get out of it. so thank you for attempting to help. I uninstall several things on cydia to get it to work. I really don't know what it was to be quite honest just now that now it works.
