Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are running a beta of El Capitan and my guess would be that is the issue. I see Crahsplan chewing up 18% CPU just sitting there, so that may be incompatible with El Capitan.

Try holding the shift key at startup to boot to safe mode. That bypasses any login or startup items (like Crashplan). If that fix it, you know it is a compatibility issue with a login or startup item from the Etrecheck list.

Thanks it was actually a Logitech music server i recently download. however i still can not find one corrupted file.

I looked through all the user launch agents on my HD to no avail. any thoughts? I thought there was some command on terminal that would delete a specific file?

Which one are you looking for (from the report)?

The users launch agents should be in this folder. Just triple click here to select it then right click and in the Services menu select open in Finder to navigate there.

Code:
~/Library/LaunchAgents

I'm sorry what folder should should i be look at?

Never mind found it.

Thanks you very much
