Please Help Me!!!!!! (accidentally clicked activate)

ok so i downloaded the jail break thing and it worked. and the installer thing appeared on my ipod, but i accidentaley clicked something on my computer that said activate and thats where it messed up. it keeps repeating a code
BSD root: md0, msjor 2, minor 0. can any one help me!! plz im really scared that i broke my ipod.

That's really not much help to the OP.

Have you tried restoring to factory settings? It's hard to "brick" a touch.
