Please can someone find me this picture for iphone 4/4s? This resolution is for iphone 3/3gs, or can someone tell where can i find programme with these monster faces, so i can make this wallpaper myself because i have found zebra template behing the monster faces?

Agree with Shrink. Also there is a UI customisation and wallpaper sub section where you might have more luck.

It's going to be pretty much impossible to resize it. It'll just look worse if anyone tries to increase the resolution. Photoshop does a pretty good job at increasing resolutions, but it won't look retina at all, just pretty much what it looks like now.
