Please help me re-find a 'digital noise' making camera app.

Hi,
I saw an app a week ago Featured in the Appstore. It added digital noise effects to photos to make them look like they'd been scrambled by some software malfunction. I thought it looked great but stupidly didn't buy it. And now I can't find it or remember what it was called. Can anyone out there help?

I FOUND IT! It's called Decim8. I've been destroying (in a good way) my photos all afternoon with it. There are some examples of what it can do on the developers flickr site.
