Hey guys,
I am a student aboard and I will go to college this september, but I don't know how to choose a plan for my iPhone. I don't want to sign a contract with these 3 carriers since their plans are all expensive and I have a unlocked iPhone 4S already. Since I don't know anybody in the US in the beginning, I don't need much talk time, I just want large amount of data. So, is there any carrier have that kind of plan? BTW, I will live in santa barbara, CA.

Thank you~

T-mobile $30 unlimited text and data + 100 minutes would be perfect for you.

I'm sorry, I went to Tmobile's website and only find SIM only 500 Minute Value—Talk+200MB data plan, which costs 39.99USD per month, so could you provide me the URL of the $30 plan? Thank you:)

Straight Talk is the cheapest and you get the most. $45 a month, no contract, and you get unlimited Talk, Text, and Web. It runs off of At&t's Network, so you should get fast speed.
