Please help to configure CoolBook Controller in my MBP 13" and already configure but the macbook frozen when I open an huge application..what the best setting ?

PS1: its normal appear minima frequency only 1596 Mhz ?

You should read the readme file included in the download. It really isn't that hard if you take the time to read it.

PS1: Yes. You can gain access to 796mhz by setting it to default.
