I decided I was going to sell my iphone 5 (16gb) so i tried to restore my Iphone. After I install the software update 8.4.1 It tells me error 3014 and I tried to force turn off my phone and now it is stuck at the apple logo. Every time I try and restore it the bar goes to about 10 percent and then disappears. Please I really need to fix this phone!

Op it means there was an issue with contacting apples servers.

You need to do a dfu restore ( plug phone into computer, hold power and home till it restarts when you see the Apple logo let go of the power button but keep the home button held till the computer recognises the phone)

THIS. Keep trying to do this, and when the prompt on iTunes asks to restore & update, click restore.
