Please Help Me With My iPhone

I feel so stupid like I just ruined my phone. My phone number no longer shows up in iTunes or when scrolling up in contacts after restoring my iPhone with a backup to a day ago. The phone number showed up until I restored.

Please help me. I'm going to a genius tomorrow if I can't fix it tonight.

I have AT&T iPhone 4s and it was never jail broken.

You should also put the international prefix for US, which is +1. Should look like this: +1(###)###-####.
