I have been given a USB with a video that is mp4. quick time player 7 doesn't want to play it, I've tried a few others but Im just stabbing in the dark. I have no idea what Im doing....
while Im here being all 'computer-not-know-how', is there any way of converting a 'Preview' file into something I can type on? Or is it better just to get the office suite and go through 'word'?
