Please help my frozen ipod

I was running out of disk space so I moved the disk folder into the media folder using iFile. Now it wont go past apple start up screen and it wont connect to computer at all what can I do? Please help.

Wrong part of the forum, but put the iPod in DFU mode and restore it.
