Hello my iphone was at like 10% battery the other day, and I plugged it in and I woke up to a dead iphone on the screen with the red battery and lightning bolt when I plug it in.

I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work, and read through this entire thread:
https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/391795/

no success.

If any one has anything they can think of to help me please let me know.

List of things I tried:
1. power + home button until restart (nothing)
2. remove sim and try ^ (nothing)
3. put in dfu mode (works but I really don't want to restore my phone, and if I could just get it to turn on that would be great. Also idk if dfu mode would work b/c idk if the battery is charging or not)
4. restarting pc with iphone connected (nothing)

well does any one else have any solutions? Please let me know as the nearest apple store is 85 miles from me.
