Please Help - my iphone's display is stuck oversized

I was letting my 1 year old play with my iphone this evening and I thought i'd better put it in airplane mode so she didn't crank call anyone. I pried it away from her and the display was zoomed in so only a quarter of the screen was visible (6 icons fill the whole screen). I turning it off and on twice with no change. any one know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Your toddler set accesibility on. Turn them off.

Edit: I'm thinking you have a genius there.

You can also tap the screen twice with THREE fingers - that'l fix it.
