Go to system>preferences>sound

Change the settings to:

Input=built in mic.

Output=internal speakers

Your board probably held it's settings after you disconnected it.

not work. in this picture master value not show.

Does sound work through your headphones during this?
If so, your mac may think they are still plugged in, and will disable the external speakers. In this case, you may see a red light eminating from your headphone jack. I had this issue, and it had to do with the optical sensor in the headphone jack. I simply used a paperclip and adjusted the sensor until it was able to sense when my headphones were disconnected. Be careful in making these adjustments. Hope this helps..

Hmm, looks like your board is still there.

Plug in headphones then unplug.

Plug in the board, and if it appears as an icon on your desktop, right click and eject it.

If that fails try this:

My mbp can play music but not have sound.

I can adjust volume.

No red light in jack port.

No sound from speaker.
No sound when plug in audio jack.
And mic built-in or jack not work too.
No red light.

I do not want to replace my logic board because i better buy a new one.
