I know I have gained a lot of people on here thinking I am a phoney.. but I need real help this time... My current machine is the mac pro 09 with the w/ the w3580 though I have the original processor 2.66.

Apple offered me a one time exception to send my machine back and to get the lower end quad cores either 2.8 or 3.2.

My question... Do the lower end quad cores suppot B1?? According to the table I saw, they are standard bloomfield nehalem using 1066 memory.. I need to know this no later by 1st week of August as they are giving me until the 9th to send back my 09 to get the enchanced 09(w/westmere).

So, I am in a dire situation right now... should I RMA my recently bought 09 mac pro.. of course, i will keep the w3580 chip i bought.. and take my chance of getting the 2.8 or 3.2 quad-core nehalem and RISK not having B1 support? Or can someone give me advise on what I need to do?

Already, for what I use my system for I don't need the 6-core. as it will be ridicously priced out of my price range, even with the 2349 credited back to my account.. still leaving me with 1000+ out of pocket.

Please, I am pleading with all of you.. I know I have been not so kind here.. but I need advise!!! WHat do I do??
