Please Help Phone locked SIm

I purchased an IP5 from a craigslist type of site in Europe via mail, and found out the network was locked to IRELAND 3 network. I tried using RSIM-7 but it says no sim its on a 6.1.3 network. Im looking for a factory unlock site but found only one for 120 usd abit too sketchy and exepsnive to risk. although i can use paypal cc and report it if its a scam. Are there any ways to patch up the Rsim or what can i do?

R-sim won't work on that iOS. Try GPP. However a much better solution is to order this 3 sim and pop it into your iPhone. i am sure you can find the sim on ebay preactived with 5p credit or something. The iPhone will automatically recognize it as a "valid" sim and activate itself.
