I need to open a document that has a sealed media encryption. I downloaded all of the necessary apps such as adobe 7.0 and Internet Explorer but when I try and open the file I get this error "Unable to Write to Output Stream !"

Does anyone have any experience with SealedMedia, and tell me what the error means or what I am doing wrong?
