Please Help! Simple photo question?

I am going crazy trying to find a simple way to cut /crop my photos for digital scrap booking on my iPad. I would like to crop my images into circles, stars, whatever and also to crop around an image in a photo. I've downloaded about 10 apps, free ones, but they won't do it. I've just bought iDraw for $9 because it sounded like I could use it to do this, but can't figure it out. I use Photoshop on my PC but don't want to have to do all my cropping on the computer then transfer it into my iPad. Anyone know how to do this or an app that would work? I hate that I might have spent $9 for nothing

Crop tool in iDraw

Like Jema I need to crop a picture placed into iDraw.

I see {elsewhere} that some time ago there were plans afoot to implement a cropping tool.

Please has it been implemented, and if so, where has it been hidden, as I cannot find it in my newly downloaded version of iDraw. {Downloaded this morning!}
