Please Help!! Sn0wBreeze boot loop issue

I am having a problem with my iphone, I tried to jailbreak it using sn0wbreeze but it is now stuck in a boot loop with the snowbreeze logo until the battery dies then you see the empty battery cell until you plug it in then you see the charging icon until it gets enough power then its in the bootloop again until the battery dies again. now before you all start shouting out the simple stuff note that I have tried to put the phone in DFU mode by holding the home and sleep button my PC or Mac wont reconize it nor iTunes installed on both i tried iRecovery but it cant detect the iphone either my Usb slots are good because i still can use flashdrives,game controllers, ETC is there a fix for this or should i get a new Iphone
