I was going through some system files to retexture some games and long story short, I moved the /var/stash/Applications folder to the trash. I tried copying and pasting it back in place and that didn't work so I no other option but to use iExplorer. I copied the files over (Which took OBSESSIVELY long) and i respring my phone and my system apps and tweaks wont open all the way. any help would be appreciated! (unless you are going to tell me to restore. this is my last resort due to having 6 gigs of data)

My best guess would be that your permissions have been altered.

You may have to go through file by file and reset permissions, unless there is a way to apply it to multiple files/folders.

I had a file once that wouldn't work. Turns out that in copying it over the permissions changed. I found the same file on my other iPhone, took a look at the permissions and reset them the same way on the other iPhone. File opened and worked.

I was using iFile for this.

[PLEASE HELP]System apps and tweaks don't open

Looks like a restore

What device and do you have blobs?

iPhone 4. I have blobs for the version im using. As i said, im prepared to restore but im not going to until I know for sure

ok so I cant change the permissions because i dont have access to iFile or openSSH :/

I think you can download the deb for OpenSSH on your computer. Place it in the Cydia AutoInstall folder using File Explorer or some other computer client. Then reboot your device a couple times for the deb to auto install. You should be good to go if you wanna use OpenSSH.
