Please Help: Too many HTTPS Redirections

I've only had my iPhone 4S for a week, but I have already had to do a reset (home button and power) twice after phone froze, and now when I try to click on the top charts in the app store i get a message that says "too many HTTPS Redirections" what the hell does this mean and why does an iphone with less than 2 hrs of use get this message? I did upgrade to iOS 6 if that matters.
